Ingredients
- 60ml Jameson Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup (or 2 tsp sugar dissolved in a little warm water)
- Ice
- Lemon wheel or cherry, to garnish
Method
- Add whiskey, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel or cherry.
