1. Eligibility

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from HOOCH.STORE
• By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in Meghalaya, India.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of placing the order and at the time of delivery. Orders without valid ID details will not be processed.

2. Products & Availability

• We offer a wide range of wines, beers, and spirits, subject to availability.
• Prices and product listings are subject to change without prior notice.
• Images shown on the website are for reference only; actual products may vary.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website or other official HOOCH.STORE channels.
• Payments must be completed online via the available payment gateways (e.g., PhonePe).
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and ID verification.

4. Delivery Policy

• HOOCH.STORE provides home delivery services within Shillong city limits.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and availability.
• Customers must present the same government-issued ID used at the time of ordering upon delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery if:
• The recipient is underage,
• Valid ID proof is not provided or does not match the order details, or
• The recipient appears intoxicated.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges are not allowed once an order is delivered.
• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Responsible Consumption

• HOOCH.STORE promotes responsible drinking. Please consume alcohol responsibly and never drink and drive.

7. Limitation of Liability

• HOOCH.STORE is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
• Any misuse or overconsumption of alcohol purchased through our platform.
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer data (name, contact details, delivery address, ID verification details, etc.) will only be used to fulfill orders and improve services.
• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Meghalaya, India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shillong.
