1. Shipping Policy

• Delivery Area: We currently provide home delivery services within Shillong city limits only.

• Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 hours of successful payment and ID verification within city limit, but it may vary depending on location, weather, traffic, and product availability.

• Age Verification at Delivery: Customers must present the same valid government-issued ID used at the time of ordering. Orders without proper ID verification will not be delivered.

• Failed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address details,

  • Absence of the customer,

  • Failure to provide valid ID, or

  • Recipient being underage or intoxicated,
    the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

• Shipping Charges: Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Once an order has been delivered, returns or exchanges are not permitted for any reason, including taste preference.

• Products can only be refused at the time of delivery if:

  • The product delivered is different from the one ordered, or

  • The packaging is severely damaged or broken.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before dispatch only.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Canceled orders before dispatch.

  • Orders refused due to wrong item delivered or damaged packaging.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway providers or banks.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The customer provides incorrect delivery details.

• Valid ID proof is not provided at delivery.

• The recipient is underage or appears intoxicated.

• The product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery.
