Ingredients
- 60ml Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve Blended Scoth Whisky
- 1 sugar cube (or 1 tsp sugar)
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters (if available)
- A splash of water
- Ice
- Orange peel, to garnish
Method
- Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass and add the bitters and a splash of water.
- Muddle until the sugar dissolves.
- Add a large ice cube and pour in the whisky.
- Stir well for about 20 seconds.
- Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish
